1. Who we are

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error; if so, we refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.

4. Delivery

See Delivery information. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See Returns, damages & refunds.

6. Legal guarantee

You have a statutory legal guarantee of at least 2 years for defects present at delivery.

7. Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours of fabrics can vary slightly between screens and production batches.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country of the seller, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
