Order cancellation
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email hello@maisonlilas.fr with your order number and we refund you in full within 14 days.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation works as a return — see Returns, damages & refunds. Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal always applies.
