Where we deliver

We deliver to Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time

Furniture is prepared by our workshop partner near Longueil-Sainte-Marie and delivered in 10–20 working days by two-person furniture courier. We email you when your order ships with a tracking link, and the courier contacts you to arrange a delivery slot.

Costs

Delivery is free on every order.

All prices include VAT. There are no import duties or extra charges on delivery within Netherlands and Belgium.

Before delivery day

• Measure doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts against the product dimensions on the product page.
• Make sure someone is home during the agreed delivery slot.
• Large items may arrive in more than one box; each box is listed on your delivery note.

Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery window, email us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier straight away.
