Your right to change your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Email hello@maisonlilas.fr within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return — or use the model withdrawal form below.
2. We reply with collection or return instructions within 1 working day.
3. Return the item within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging where possible.

Refunds

We refund the full amount, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice — we may wait until the item is back or you have sent proof of return. The refund goes to the payment method you used. Unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, the direct cost of returning it is paid by you; for large furniture we tell you this cost in advance.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your furniture on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us photos within 14 days. We arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement part, a replacement item or a full refund. Your statutory legal guarantee (at least 2 years for defects present at delivery) is not affected.
