How long does delivery take?
10–20 working days to Netherlands and Belgium. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order.
Will it fit through my door?
Check the dimensions on the product page against your doorways, hallways and stairs. Not sure? Send us your measurements and we’ll check for you.
Does my furniture need assembly?
Most sofas and chairs only need their feet or back cushions attached. Ottoman storage beds arrive flat-packed with instructions. The product page lists what’s included.
Can I see fabric colours before ordering?
Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If you’re choosing between shades, email us and we’ll send extra close-up photos.
Can I return my furniture?
Yes — you have 14 days to change your mind. See Returns, damages & refunds.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us photos within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund, at our cost.
